Position Details:
Reporting into the SEO Channel lead, the SEO Specialist will support the SEO team on day-to-day search engine optimization strategy development and implementation.
The SEO Specialist will also represent the channel in some end-to-end planning, optimization and management of new marketing projects and facilitate the communication, development and follow-up on actions items with our core internal business partners and external platform partners.
The results of these efforts will be a key contribution to the success of the digital marketing and align closely to drive the core objectives of the broader All Fleet Inc business.
You Will:
Provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc SEO reports and dashboards to track performance metrics, including ranking, crawling and indexing status
Support ongoing SEO projects from research to post implementation reporting
Analyze current site performance, providing feedback and recommendations to internal partners highlighting SEO opportunities
Perform keyword research to promote new content creation
Improve title tags and meta descriptions to increase search visibility and align with All Fleet Inc brand
Perform monthly landing page audits to identify errors and communicate cause of issue to the broader team
Turn data analysis into relevant optimization projects, identifying trends and providing insights to site performance
Perform industry and competitive research
Work with partners to ensure SEO best practices for architecture, content and linking are met
Keep pace with SEO and digital marketing industry trends and developments, sharing insights with partners
You Have:
2+ years experience in search engine optimization
Proficient in SEO tools, including Google Search Console and analytics programs
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Work with teams and brands
Project management
High-level proficiency in MS excel (can write advanced macros)
