This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.
Responsibilities *Job Summary:* Trissential is seeking a talented Organizational Change Manager to join our client’s Product Data Foundation team, a critical part of their strategic Better Work Better World initiative.
The client’s mission involves implementing a new version of SAP’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform, SAP’s Master Data Governance (MDG) platform, a product hierarchy, and a novel product data model.
Additionally, the Organizational Change Manager will oversee the rollout of process changes and associated training, impacting approximately 2,000 users globally across various functions, including Research, Development, and Engineering (RD&E), Safety and Regulatory (GSARA), Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Business Analytics (CIBA).
The ideal candidate will create enormous value through driving successful end-user adoption and maximizing the impact of the client’s transformative initiatives.
*Responsibilities: * The OCM support required for this initiative encompasses several critical aspects: * *Understanding Existing OCM Efforts:* * *Objective:* Gain insights into the OCM work conducted thus far and familiarize yourself/team with the clients Change Management Framework.
* *Action Items:* * Review existing OCM documentation and communication plans.
* Engage with key stakeholders involved in previous change initiatives.
* Identify lessons learned and best practices from past experiences.
* *Project-Specific OCM Support:* * *Objective:* Tailor OCM strategies specifically for this project while aligning with the broader Better Work Better World Transformation Change Management.
* *Action Items:* * Collaborate with project teams to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
* Develop a customized OCM plan that integrates seamlessly with the overall transformation strategy.
* Ensure alignment with project milestones and change readiness assessments.
* *Stakeholder Landscape and Messaging:* * *Objective:* Create a comprehensive stakeholder map and establish effective communication channels.
* *Action Items:* * Identify key stakeholders across functions (RD&E, GSARA, Procurement, etc.

* Craft targeted messages that resonate with each stakeholder group.

* *Action Items:* * Conduct impact assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
* Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to anticipate user reactions.
* Develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and facilitate smooth transitions.
* *End-User Transition Planning:* * *Objective:* Prepare end users and other stakeholders for the upcoming changes.
* *Action Items:* * Create a transition plan that outlines the journey from the current state to the future state.
* Provide clear guidance on using the new PLM and MDG platforms.
* Address common questions and concerns through targeted communication.

* *Stakeholder Engagement Plan:* * Strategy for engaging stakeholders effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications * 7-10 years of professional experience as an Organizational Change Manager, leading complex and global initiatives, preferably OCM Data Transformation * Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated humility, ability to keep the client’s shared goal in focus while managing change efforts * Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate * Proven success in operating in a fast-paced environment * Experience in collaboration tools (JIRA/Confluence) * Ability to apply the appropriate level of planning, organization, and structure to drive results to multiple levels in the organization.
* Understanding and ability to follow various SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and project management methodologies including agile, waterfall, and hybrid models.
* Proactive and self-driven in nature.
* Sense of confidence in your style, yet flexible and exceptional at adjusting.
* Sense of urgency to obtain results and respond well under pressure.

The pay range for this role is $175,000 to $188,000 annually based on candidate's qualifications and experience.
