You will manage a portfolio of accounts and are responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams both in the USA and overseas to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
Your Tasks P&L ownership and accountability for P&L results.
Full engagement and collaboration with finance and operations teams to ensure complete financial oversight on the account.
Generating new revenue opportunity through further supply chain integration with existing client solutions.
Full ownership for Client Engagement and negotiations at a senior level.
Develop client presentations.
Directs & ensures achievement of all client metrics, reporting and invoicing.
Ownership of Quarterly Business Reviews with key customers giving feedback on key Supply Chain elements such as Scorecard Results, Corrective Actions, Market Trends and future initiatives.
Direct line management for Account Managers associated with this P&L.
Lead Business Development Initiatives with clients and oversee RFQ’s related to clients.
Create scalable environment to on-board additional business streams within the unit.
Develop & implement strategic account plans with clear objectives to increase account penetration.
Initiate & oversee Process Improvement and Change Management Projects to support the customer and internal business.
Work with other sites worldwide to develop and perform an assessment of Supply Chain processes, develop new propositions and present to the customer and internal stakeholders.
Treat all customer information in a confidential manner and comply with all Security & IT Policies in relation to the protection of company and customer information.

Your Profile A track record of successful business relationship management.
The role requires an individual who understands how to get things done in a large, complex organization through influence and collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and provide alternative solutions to complex problems.
Strong information management, analytical skills and project management skills (process improvement & change management).
Ability to create strong client presentations.
Experience in an SAP Distribution Environment preferred.
Strong ability to present new concepts to a wide global audience with cultural diversity, communicate clearly and concisely across all communication settings.
Extensive knowledge of managing inbound and outbound supply chain in a multichannel environment Strong relationship management skills and demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at a tactical and senior level.
Team leadership Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making ability.
Is logical, analytical, organized, structured & time conscious in his/her work.
Demonstrates the ability to be forward thinking taking the broad view and contributes to defining and implementing business strategy.
