ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an in-office CSR with Roger Beeler - State Farm Agent, you will be required to provide exceptional customer experiences that reinforce my established business.
Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include posting payments and billing clarification, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, and claim submissions.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers
Coordinate with other agency team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
Reliable, dependable and honest
Trainable
Excellent telephone, person-to-person, email/text communication skills
Basic computer skills
