*Job Title:* *HVAC Sales Representative*
*Reports to: HVAC Manager*
*Work Hours:* *Monday thru Friday, with rotating on-call for evenings and weekend*
*Pay Scale: Unlimited earning potential*
*Position Summary:*
The HVAC Sales Representative position will consist of assisting our HVAC Division with analyzing both residential and commercial customer needs for HVAC equipment, creating sales proposals, finalizing the sale and following up with each customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
*Job Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC equipment and other home comfort needs
* Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program
* Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
* Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
* Follow-up with existing sales bids and incoming leads to offer additional information as needed to convert them into sales
* Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
* Emphasize salable features, quotes, pricing and credit/financing terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
* Build and maintain customer relationships
* Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
* Willing and able to work evenings and weekends
* Additional duties as assigned by Leadership
*Qualifications:*
* Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
* 3+ years HVAC residential/light commercial field experience
* Strong Communication Skills
* Technologically savvy/computer literate
* Excellent organization and time-management skills
