Responsibilities:
* Contact and nurture client leads and relationships to successful transactions.
* Accompany interested buyers on captivating home tours, leaving a lasting impression.
* Collaborate with sellers to expertly list and price their homes, ensuring optimal results.
* Host open houses on Sundays to grow your leads
* Complete assigned tasks in our top of the line CRM including AI technology
Qualifications:
* Licensed: Active Illinois Real Estate License
* Tech-Savvy: Utilize a laptop or tablet and a smartphone
* Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite is essential.
* Be punctual, confidential, trustworthy, hardworking, independent, and responsible, with an insatiable appetite for learning and personal growth.
