As we expand into 27 new zip codes this season, we are seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our dynamic team.
Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to join our team as a Sales Representative.
Our Sales Representatives work with both current customers to add beneficial services to maintain and beautify their properties.
Position Overview: The Salesperson will be responsible for selling our lawn care and mosquito control programs and services.
This includes answering inbound phone calls and emails, as well as reaching out to previous cancel and nonsold customer leads.
The target leads are homeowners in the local service community with middle to high income levels searching for high value servcies for their property.
Respond directly with new phone and digital leads to convert into new Lawn Doctor Customers.
Contact previous cancel and nonsold customer leads to re-engage and secure sales.
Meet weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales quotas.
Cultivate relationships with homeowners in the local service community.
Retaining customers through proactive post sale follow-up Developing a knowledge of Lawn Doctor Services to answer questions customers or prospects may have.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced seasonal sales cycle.
Compensation: $16 per hour rate.
6% commissions on sales.
Weekly, monthly, and seasonal bonuses.
Average sales representative earns $1300 or more per week in season.
