Reporting to the International Brand Leader for the Migraine Portfolio, will be responsible for driving the successful execution of AQUIPTA launch and ensuring excellence in all aspects of the launch process across our international markets.
The candidate will collaborate and engage with a matrixed team, which includes (but not limited to): market access, medical affairs, finance, regulatory, legal, supply operations, health economics, clinical development, R&D, public affairs, medical and regulatory review, patient relations, business insights, OEC, and sales training.
This role requires a highly motivated, team-oriented individual who seeks to make a remarkable impact on patients with migraine.
This is a great opportunity to: strengthen Global launch experience in a competitive market and collaborate with a stellar team! Key Responsibilities Include: · Prepare for exceptional international brand launch and co-create launch strategies with Affiliates.
· Collaborate closely with area marketing teams to localize launch plans and adapt messaging and positioning to resonate with target audiences in different markets.
· Establish clear launch readiness criteria and ensure that all stakeholders are adequately prepared for launch through effective communication, training, and support.
· Track and analyze launch performance metrics across markets to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance launch processes and maximize overall launch effectiveness.
· Share the wins and challenges as each country launches to make the next country to launch be even more prepared.
· Share best practices across affiliates and lead external expert insights to continue to refine launch tactics and strategies.
· Collaborate and lead by example with cross functional and cross geographic teams to generate effective brand strategies and tactical plans to deliver business results.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to inform launch strategies and tactics.
· Develop and articulate effective marketing strategies and tactics that provide impact, are executable, easily communicated, and clinically/financially supported for areas of responsibility (product/indication/channel).
· Ensure that regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed.
Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree required.
· 5+ years relevant marketing/agency experience · Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
· Excellent diplomacy and facilitation skills; ability to influence without authority.
· Solid business acumen, including budget management.
· Strong attention to detail - ensures accuracy of communications.
· Skilled at planning, project management, time management, communicating, decision-making, organizational relations.
Preferred: · Knowledge of AbbVie policies, procedures, culture, and other brand team operations.
· Multiple experiences within commercial pharmaceutical roles (Brand, MHC, Sales, BD, NPD).
· Understanding of attributes of other functional areas and impact of relevant decisions.
Knowledge of marketing concepts within strategic planning process.
· Experience and ability to demonstrate financial planning and analysis skills.
· Experience in product launches on a Global level.
