This positions sits onsite at our North Chicago, IL headquarters 3 days weekly (2 days remote).
Purpose:
The Communications Manager is responsible for helping develop and execute communications programs throughout PSEQ.
The position requires the ability to provide clear communications and counsel to ensure messaging is consistent and understandable.
The role is responsible for supporting various functions and leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute communications strategy and tactics that align with wider strategies.
• Help develop multifaceted communication platforms that will positively impact the business.
• Manage the development of Communication plans (annual and/or project) to support business growth.
• Oversee implementation of tactical program elements and ensure deliverables are on time.
Possess a thorough understanding/awareness of leading/emerging Communication tactics and techniques to maximize program impact.
• Provide production support, as needed for broader R&D Culture initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, emphasis in public relations, communications or journalism preferred
5 years’ experience with experience in a high-level business or communications environment preferred
Master’s Degree or other post graduate work preferred
