The Senior Marketing Manager will work together with the Associate Director of Marketing and brand team to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans.
This position requires the individual to foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional partners to successfully drive the business in an effective and timely manner.
The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization, with high expectations and accountability on quality of deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build yearly marketing plans and develop assets that align to the strategic brand plan for personal and non-personal HCP promotions.
Actively leading all agencies’ work to ensure a steady flow of and deliberate go-live dates for all tactics to optimize efforts and drive market changes.
· Responsible for continually evaluating, shaping, and evolving the effectiveness of marketing plans by staying a step ahead and recommending changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate.
· Responsible for HCP marketing plan KPIs and results, monthly reporting and supporting the creation of QBR reports to senior leadership including integration with analytics and market research teams.
· Lead projects through the legal, regulatory, and medical review process.
Serve as brand committee member with voting right on governance calls.
· Collaborate with sales training to ensure effective, impactful, best in class training on promotional tools and programs (lead monthly meetings and actively partner with assigned district manager partner).
· Manage internal/external networks, consultants, alliance partnership, and agency partners in collaborative way to drive the business.
· Lead and participate in multiple cross-functional teams.
Mentor junior marketers
· Work effectively in a fast-paced environment in highly competitive market.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s Degree, (preferable MBA)
· At least 3+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology or healthcare marketing experience
· On-market executional experience (navigating through medical/legal/regulatory reviews, VEEVA processes, etc.
)
· Experience working with and managing multiple external agencies including advertising, digital, external, and internal partners.
· Efficient project management and communication capabilities along with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
· Understand and leverage marketplace trends to apply to the marketing plan on an on-going basis
· Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and presentation skills
· Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively cross-functionally
· Demonstrated ability to operate quickly and decisively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and demanding environment
· Ability to travel per business needs and as required by the company
