You may be our next team member if you have:
Previous experience in sales, estimating, construction, insurance adjusting, or other related fields
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Effective teaming and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency as well as a desire to learn and excel
Ability to thrive under high stress situations while being compassionate and calming with customers
Deadline and detail orientation as well as organization skills
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage own time, being flexible and adaptable as needed
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Familiarity with construction management, project management, CRM, estimating software
