Your responsibilities
Summary of Position:
To accurately provide price and delivery for all our products to our customers in a timely and courteous fashion, utilizing organization and negotiating techniques, and applying resourcefulness and strong attention to detail while converting inquiries into orders.
Answer customer questions concerning products/ services and their orders.
Develop target and non-major accounts into loyal customers.
Account Management including:
Planning/controlling inventory in accordance with customer forecasts and company turnover goals
Order entry and releases
Delivery scheduling and expediting
Price maintenance and updating
Growth of market share
General Responsibilities:
Pro-actively sell our products and services
Prepare quotations and quote price and delivery
Follow up on quotations
Enter orders
Coordinate internal and external processing
Communicate via phone, fax and e-mail with internal and external customers
Build and maintain customer relationships
Provide customer service, responding in a timely manner
Communications with Management/Outside Sales to keep account information current
Travel as needed

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or comparable experience
At least 2 years Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
Interpersonal skills necessary in order to sell, negotiate and close business with customers
Attention to detail in order to evaluate customer’s accounts and orders
Effective communication and listening skills necessary when answering phone calls from customers and associating with peers.
Preferred Requirements:
Product knowledge in Aluminum/Stainless Steel
SAP experience preferred but not required
