_The Business Development Manager will partner with the Chief Sales Officer to manage full-cycle client experience through sales and account management.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a client pipeline to hit monthly sales goals.
_
_The Business Development Manager will:_
* _Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person, and job boards.
_
* _Form new and continue existing relationships with companies in the customer database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
_
* _Build rapport with hiring managers within existing accounts to increase partnership opportunities.
_
* _Prepare and present presentations about Midway Staffing's solutions to potential clients, trade shows or other large events to potential customers.
_
* _Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability.
_
* _Maintain a strong understanding about light industrial staffing to answer specific customer questions.
_
* _Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
_
_To be successful in this role, you'll need:_
* _Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Business Development or related field and/or equivalent experience.
_
* _0-3 years of experience of account management and/or sales initiatives preferred.
_
* _Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
_
* _Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
_
* _Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
_
* _Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
_
* _Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
_
* _Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
_
* _Knowledge and understanding of the staffing industry's regulations and best practices a plus.
_
* _Reliable transportation and ability to travel 50% of the time.
_
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
