About the job
Within our US Energy Division-Brazed and Fusion Bonded Heat Exchangers, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening our relationship with Key Customers.
You will deliver short term revenue objectives and capitalize on long term growth opportunities by leveraging master plan as a guide for execution.
This is a remote position.
Prefer candidate to currently live in the Midwest.
Build and secure network within the customer organizations – both formal and informal network.
Identify new sales opportunities (same customer new application, new customer traditional application) in line with the growth strategy
Analyze customer base and define which customers to target and how (prospection)
Define master plan for each Key Account and execute accordingly (daily/weekly and long term).
Engage in Project Management plans for customer projects
Have regular interface with front & back office colleagues to meet business needs as well as contact with the central Division regarding the local market needs & opportunities.
Act as liaison between the Key Account and the rest of the Alfa Laval organization.
Follow up on sales meetings to proactively advance the sales process.
Travel 50%-60%
What you know:
Bachelor's in engineering or business (preferred)
At least 5 years sales and account management experience
Direct to OEM (preferred)
Project based selling.
Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, heat pump, industrial applications preferred.
Refrigeration and industrial application knowledge.

The overall salary range for this role is typically $100,000 - $130,000 base + bonus.
