We are searching for an experienced Property Manager who is passionate about making a difference in others’ lives to manage two communities in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Ideal candidates enjoy mentoring and developing their staff and are strong problem-solvers.
Salary range $65,000 to $75,000 plus bonus
Responsibilities:
Attend to the needs of the residents, potential residents and associates
Inspect site grounds daily and inspect vacant units.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating staff.
Maximize income, control expenditures, and maintain financial objectives to meet established goals.
Ability to develop and manage operational budgets to meet property goals and objectives.
Manage day to day operations, focusing on occupancy, collections, and budgets.
Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet goals and objectives.
Work with onsite maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance requests are handled on an immediate basis, and any delays are properly communicated.
Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
Provide vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billings and vendor relations.
Continually inspect property and improvements, recording deficiencies and taking the necessary action within budgetary allocations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a residential Property Manager
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Exemplary customer service and problem-solving skills
Strong budget and financial understanding
Certifications preferred (ARM, CRM)
Entrata software experience preferred.
Successful track record in marketing and leasing to maintain occupancy.
