*OVERALL, PURPOSE/FUNCTION*
The *Inside* *Sales Analyst position *provides sales support to the organization.
_*The Inside Sales Analyst will be equipped to manage all tasks below:*_
* Process requests for product information from sales.
* Fill in customer item set-up spreadsheets, forms, or website portals.
* Process sample orders for tradeshows, sample kits, and sales meetings.
* Analyze customer competitive products and make recommended price adjustments.
* Provide sales data/reporting for sales directors and VP.
* Maintain industry foodservice price list, update changes/corrections.
* Proofing of customer brochures, advertisements, catalogs as needed.
* Manage product information changes or corrections on all sales tools; price list, catalog, AutoQuotes.
* Manage Auto Quotes database - respond to AQ product questions and update new products and images, sell sheets and discontinued items.
* Marketing and Rep funds reporting to accounting to process credits.
* Process customer spiffs.
* Maintain Sales Calendar that includes directors travel schedule, trade shows, buying group meetings, etc.
* Reporting and product research needs to include competitive cross references.
* Gather and analyze data for Foodservice Sales
* Identify specific business opportunities for individual dealers based on item purchase history and product categories.
* Assist with project management for selected projects.
* Identify automation opportunities.
* Create reports and dashboards to provide Sales Directors with regard to their territory business performance.
* Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
* Any other duties as assigned by VP or Inside Sales Lead

*QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS*
_*Education and/or Experience:*_
* Strong computer skills with ability to create spreadsheets, employ formulas, utilize VLOOKUP, graphs, and charts
* Advanced level with Microsoft Office, Expert level with Microsoft Excel
* Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Project Management
*\*\*Must be able to commute to the Gurnee office*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.
00 - $55,000.
