* *Precise Measurement and Estimation:* Expertly measure and calculate square footage for concrete spaces, ensuring accurate project assessments.
* *Comprehensive Project Documentation:* Record project details in a clear and easily comprehensible format, enabling seamless communication and project execution.
* *Customer Interaction:* Exude confidence and professionalism when entering clients' homes or business premises, establishing rapport and trust.
* *Effective Negotiation and Closing:* Utilize exceptional negotiation skills to secure immediate project agreements and closings, fostering customer satisfaction.
* *First-Point Customer Support:* Act as the primary point of contact for addressing customer concerns and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
* Visual Documentation: Capture comprehensive project images, providing valuable visual references for documentation and marketing.
* *Persistent Lead Follow-Up:* Continuously engage with potential clients who haven't yet committed, nurturing leads for potential future business.
* *Regular Office Communication:* Maintain daily check-ins and open communication with the office team to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth project management.
*Digital Paperwork Management:* Efficiently complete and manage all required digital paperwork and documentation necessary for each project.
*What Will My Schedule Look Like?* * *Days:* You'll work a flexible 5-day workweek schedule * *Personalized Hours:* We tailor your daily appointment blocks to align with your preferred hours, ensuring productivity and work-life balance.
* *Job Location:* Meeting customers at their homes and businesses, reporting to the office once a week for regularly scheduled meetings *Do I Need Experience?* While experience can definitely be helpful, no experience is required, we are willing and able to teach the right person.
If you are an extremely energetic, outgoing, confident person, you will succeed in this role *Requirements:* * 1 year of outside or in home sales experience preferred * Demonstrated history of consistently meeting and surpassing sales goals, with a strong record of closing sales * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Strong aptitude for independent work and efficient time management * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.
