Input essential customer information utilizing provided tools.
Communicate directly with the appropriate Mangers and other dealership staff so that customers can be informed about the information they are seeking.
Executing communication with customers with the utmost professionalism and respect.
Personally log appointments scheduled, no showed, and shown.
Keeping personal customer information confidential and filed appropriately.
