Sester Farms is looking to add two territory salespeople who want to grow with the company and are interested in long-term employment.
Our customers buy hundreds of thousands of plants each year and we want every customer to feel like they are at the front of the line.
*Qualifications*:
* Excellent customer service skills: Empathy for the customer, enjoyment of solving problems, clear communication, and a learning mindset.
* Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS proficiency.
Strong computer skills overall.
* CRM software experience is a plus.
* Drive to initiate actions independently.
* Excitement to learn all aspects of the business.
* Horticulture and/or nursery experience required.
* Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a bonus.
You will communicate with customers by phone and email, update customer notes and info in Keap (CRM), and work with other members of the salesteam to resolve customer issues and travel with salesteam to tradeshows and sales trips as needed.
Sester Farms is a dynamic and growing industry-leading wholesale nursery based in Gresham OR.
The climate and soil in NW Oregon combined with our extensive horticulture expertise allow us to grow beautiful, award-winning trees and shrubs at an amazing pace.
Our dedicated people manage every aspect of growing, inventory, selling, and shipping these plants to much of the lower 48, Alaska, and Canada, with the finance department, maintenance teams, and software development team keeping all of the processes running smoothly.
