Bachelor's Degree or other equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or Marketing preferred.
*Job description* The Account Representative is responsible for managing profitable growth with existing business while exploring opportunities to expand relationships into new accounts.
This individual is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at assigned accounts and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / JOB DUTIES:* * This is an outside representative position responsible for promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts.
* Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives.
* Establishes strong relationships at all organizational levels within the customer base and understands customers’ processes, business drivers and organizational models.
* Understands the industry, the customer’s organization and desired business outcomes and Ash Pallet Management offerings and delivery mechanisms as well as partner capabilities relevant to assigned accounts.
* Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the finance department; collect all balances due based on approved credit terms.
* Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events.
* Perform administrative duties, such as preparing reports, maintaining sales records, processing credits, and pick-up requests, preparing sales quotes.
* Helps manage internal/external partner expectations.
* Attend various tradeshows, pallet, and recycling industry events.
*QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:* * Minimum of 0-2 years of sales experience.
* Experience in business development with national account sales.
*Skills* * Strong verbal and written communicator.
* Self-driven, creative thinker, problem solving.
* Consultative selling approach.
* Logistics Supply chain knowledge.
* Computer Skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint are a must.

* Remote working but will need to report once a week to the corporate office.
* Occasional overnight travel to include flying, driving, or riding.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $100,000.
