Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of independent sales representatives to achieve sales target and revenue growth.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate markets and drive business growth.
* Provide training, guidance and support to the sales representatives.
* Create regional sales plans aligned with business objectives.
* Evaluate individual performances.
* Report on regional sales results.
* Forecast quarterly and annual sales for each region.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.
* Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
* Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques.
* Represent Danpal at industry events, trade shows and networking functions to promote brand awareness and foster connections.
Skills:
* Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar sales role.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) to make informed decisions.
* Familiarity with CRM software.
* Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
* Availability to travel as needed.

* Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field experience.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to excel.
