Account Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, AR/AP.
Accounting Manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.
Pay commensurate with skills.
Responsibilities: * Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department * Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements * Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
* month and end-year process * accounts payable/receivable * cash receipts * general ledger * payroll and utilities * treasury, budgeting * cash forecasting * revenue and expenditure variance analysis - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets - Track account activity - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors regarding annual health insurance, uniforms and more.
Skills: - Proven experience in account management or related field - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams - Strong negotiation skills.
