Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting them in finding the perfect jewelry pieces that meet their individual preferences and needs.
· Educate customers on the various features and qualities of different jewelry products, including gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship.
· Guide customers through the sales process, from initial browsing to final purchase, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
· Maintain a deep knowledge of the latest jewelry trends, styles, and industry developments to effectively advise customers.
· Assist in inventory management, including organizing and displaying jewelry items, as well as restocking when necessary.
· Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
· Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up on purchases and providing excellent after-sales support.
· Stay updated on customer feedback and market trends, providing insights to improve sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in jewelry sales or a related luxury retail environment is preferred but not required.
· A genuine passion for jewelry and a keen eye for aesthetics.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
· Excellent listening skills to understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate products.
· Proactive and driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional service.
· Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
· Detail-oriented mindset to accurately handle transactions and maintain inventory records.
· Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
