Seeking a Sales Director to Lead Growth Initiatives for All Progressive Components Product Lines Worldwide
High-Level Overview
We're looking to hire an experienced sales leader who will lead a team of sales professionals as they develop and nurture customer relationships to acquire new customers, as well as increase revenue share within strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring sales team accountability to meet and exceed sales targets by setting clear goals, offering guidance, and coaching the team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the sales strategy by providing sales process expertise, both practically and administratively.

A Little About Us Progressive serves the tooling and molding industry, which may at first be a hidden industry, but it is the way that much of the products we all are in contact with every day are made.
Everything from medical devices to automotive parts, appliances to consumer electronics, are production molded and our products are in those injection molds.
Not only are our markets served diversified, but so is our mix of customers: At times we call on the world's most recognized OEM's, other times we are working with global molding companies, and then at times we are servicing local mom and pop shops, and each is rewarding to work with in their own unique ways.
Our roots are in the injection mold industry, so we view it as our responsibility to do right by our customers.
This customer-centric mindset is found as we develop new products, service orders with customer-friendly policies, and lead our industry by supporting technical training programs to produce tomorrow's toolmakers.
We are viewed by customers and competitors alike as an energetic, positive force bringing good to our industry.
Looking inward, we realize that people spend more of their waking hours at work than they do at home, so we look to do whatever we can to make the experience a rewarding and positive one.
Whether it's forums for collaboration, training for advancing work and life skills, social events, or charity work for our 501C-3 nonprofit entity, it all adds up to differentiate us from others.
With the name of the company being 'progressive', we don't blindly accept the status quo, and instead look to challenge it where we should.
In that spirit of self-improvement, we are looking to add to our leadership team with an individual who will bring tools and techniques that will further develop our team members and further grow our positive impact we bring to the industry.
Generally speaking, the individual in this role will have the following overall responsibilities: Lead the execution, management, and further refinement of sales, CRM, pipeline, and lead processes for long and short sales cycles.
