*Your Impact: *To prospect, qualify, and close new accounts in an assigned territory selling our services and expanding our presence in the market.
*You’re Accountable For:*
* Development of sales strategies and techniques to garner new business
* Meeting and exceeding sales objectives to meet daily and monthly quotas
* Successful use and management of CRM in accordance with corporate sales guidelines and expectations.
* Successful understanding, practice, completion of year one Sandler course recognized through tier 1 Sandler Certification.
* Prospecting for new accounts through referrals and cold calling activities, meeting a quota of 100 dials per day.
* Making sales presentations to a variety of audiences
* Keeping current on industry trends that may impact the business & revenue objectives of the company
* Monitor your performance and progress daily aligned with company established objectives
* Participate in bi-monthly training sessions
* Other responsibilities as assigned
*Successful Pharmers Have:*
* Experience performing high volume sales calls on a daily basis
* Ability to prospect for possible clients through researching, blueprinting, and mapping their assigned territory
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team
* Ability to maintain a high level of call activity daily
* A self-starter mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with computers and MS Office
* Time and daily schedule management
*Our Next Pharmer Needs to Have:*
* At least one year of experience with cold calling, and inside or outside sales
* Phone sales experience or ability to make a high level of phone calls (100+) daily
* Prior experience working in a call center or high call volume environment
* Ability to work with multi-tiered decision makers
* Working knowledge of maintenance and reporting using a CRM Database
* Preferable experience with pricing and contract negotiation.
