*Duties:*
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer relationship management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the account management process, including onboarding new clients, maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and develop strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance client services.
- Lead a team of client service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.
g.
, business, marketing) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in client services or account management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions and develop effective strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships.
