This is a premier client in the Manufacturing Space.

*What you will be responsible for:*
* Achieve a firm knowledge of our company, products, inventory, pricing structures and customers
* Become an invaluable team member by training across Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Customer Service
* Fully train in our Epicor system to understand the entire work flow process and reporting capabilities
* Gain an extensive, detailed understanding of our inventory product needs, levels and control systems
* Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments
* Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content
* Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online web sales activities
* Maintain website with updates and changes
* Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
* Stay ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
* Assist in pricing for products in coordination with Operations Manager and VP of Sales
* Perform Inside Sales duties to help develop a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues
* Work hand in hand with Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction
* Develop/maintain strategic long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they do not turn to competition
* Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
* Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
* Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
* Serve as the link of communication between the customer and internal teams
* Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
* Gather, report and communicate customers’ feedback on service and product delivery
* Research and source new potential customers
* Assist in maintaining the ISO standards and participate in annual ISO audit
*What you bring to the table: *
* Possess strong, relationship-building, and relationship management skills
* Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts
* Ability to develop effective marketing strategies
* Experience with website maintenance and online marketing, a plus
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility, with the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
* Outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication/presentation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to communicate within an organization from top level executives to field personnel
* Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities
* Possess a strong business acumen overall
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
* Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
