Position: Licensed Mental Health Professional
Location: Deerfield
Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 40 hours
Hours: 8a-4:30p
Required Travel: N/A
What you will need:
License: Active license in the state of Illinois in social work or counseling (LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC)
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
Experience: Experience with group, individual, and family therapy.
Experience with adolescents and families in crisis.
Familiarity with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

What you will do:
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to provide holistic, individualized patient care using therapeutic interventions, specifically CBT and DBT
Provide accurate and thorough psychosocial assessment that are consistent with age and developmental status
Provides counseling to patients and their families
Leads and facilities group sessions within the program parameters
Discharge planning
Performs case management services (insurance, discharge planning, collaboration with schools and outside services)
Able to document all actions taken in the patient's medical record per department and medical record standards
