Job Description
AbbVie’s Talent Acquisition organization has an opportunity for a specialized recruiting role.
It is a high-volume recruiting role that places a premium on process and attention to detail.
The role sits in the Talent Acquisition Operations & Innovation team.
Responsibilities
Post and manage a large volume of job requisitions using AbbVie’s SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system.
Partner closely with the AbbVie Legal team, external AbbVie legal counsel, and hiring managers to process focused requisitions to conclusion.
Assess all applicants to requisitions against the job description by completing a detailed evaluation matrix.
Work directly with hiring managers for clarity on applicant assessment, as necessary.
Provide regular status updates to AbbVie Legal and other stakeholders.
Post and manage a large volume of job requisitions related to ongoing, non-competitive recruitment processes, using AbbVie’s SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system.
Partner with functional recruiting teams to manage and execute on specific projects, where large numbers of recruitment processes are required.
Prepare and conduct hiring manager intake calls to confirm recruitment process context and details.
Post roles consistent with compliance requirements, disposition non-selected candidates, and work with hiring managers to create effective offers based on benchmarks.
Design and deliver ongoing reporting on non-competitive recruitment processes.
Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and AbbVie policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Minimum 2-3+ years’ experience in a professional, fast-paced recruiting environment.
Comfort working in a high-volume role requiring significant multi-tasking.
Strong business presence and communication skills.
Natural process orientation and attention to detail.
Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Familiarity with SmartRecruiters ATS preferred

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
