Join our collaborative and global team as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) supporting the IR Development Sciences team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Consulting with functional areas to understand complex business needs in R&D Development Sciences to determine how they will affect applications and systems
Providing ideas and recommendations for system upgrades and evolution
Developing detailed business user requirements, system documentation, workflow procedures, and managing projects.
Tools and skills you will use in this role:
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
Communicate with colleagues/management regarding timelines.
Evaluate issues to manager as appropriate in a timely manner.
Document and manage requirements and user stories.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Suite (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to manage time and priorities of self and team.
Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role:
Required:
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years technical experience, or master’s degree in information systems or related field
Must be able to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with customers and technical team members.
Must be deliverables focused and detail oriented.
Must exhibit exceptional teamwork skills.
Must have a strong customer focus.
Beneficial:
Experience in project management tools, such as Jira
Experience in Data Analytics
Scientific or related background
