Responsible for maintaining master data within the Procurement team and work cross-functionally to ensure master data is entered and maintained accurately.
Accountable for supporting continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across the company that impact Procurement master data.
The Sr.
Master Data Analyst will also be responsible for supporting training and education of appropriate Procurement, S4 Hana tools and techniques within and outside of the organizations.
Develop and establish relationships between division and local manufacturing site business functions to implement performance management processes, initiate investigation of process exceptions and minimize process gaps.
•Ensure Master data integrity in key systems as well as maintain the processes to support the data quality, as well as development/documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
•Create and maintain data for load ready files for PTP Master data objects like Vendors, Purchase Info Records (PIRs), Source Lists, Quality Info Records (QIRs), Purchase Requisitions, Outline Agreements & Purchase Orders for loading Data into S4 HANA.
•Identify areas for data quality improvements and help resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
•Provide support as needed to various business teams.
•Be an active member of the SAP migration team for operations ensuring Master Data quality.
•Investigate and resolve data accuracy inconsistencies.
Implement process improvements to ensure correct data reporting.
Lead efforts to automate manual reporting systems.
•Be a results-oriented change agent, who is an effective business process thinker with the ability to lead and direct a change process and prepare fact-based arguments to ensure objectives are met in anticipation of objections.
•Share best practices and successes across sites, local and divisional business; Provide proactive, innovative approaches to solve business issues.
•Function as a liaison between the local business functions and divisional Procurement to communicate site needs, ensure support and provide a consistent voice during elevation process.

· Bachelor’s degree (Operations, Business Administration, Information Technology) or relevant business experience preferred.
· 3 years or more of experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing SAP/S4 HANA systems required.
· Experience with SAP enrichment files, terminology, MRP (planning system) and experience with Data Analysis projects and reporting tools (SAP BI).
· Advanced knowledge and skills in Excel, Word, Access, Power Point required.
· An in-depth understanding of master data and its cross functional impacts (how Procurement data works and is downstream/upstream impact to processes) is required.
· Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
· Ability to gain commitment and build strategic cross-functional relationships.
· Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus in a timely manner around common goals.
· Solid project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels to maintain relationships and cooperation in pursuing the AbbVie Procurement and Supplier Management goals.
· Possess significant experience leading cross-functional project teams to help resolve issues, drive process improvement, and manage governance.
