The Agent in Charge provides exceptional customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases customer record management.

In addition, they will provide support and training to dispensary staff at the direction of the Assistant Dispensary Manager.
Greet customers with a smile and positive attitude, Assist in regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate levels and immediately report any discrepancies to retail leadership, Obtain cannabis product from the vault and provide it to Budtenders for sale, Be an advocate of cannabis customer care.
Open and close store as directed by the Assistant Dispensary Manager or Dispensary Manager.
Assist customers and help them navigate through their cannabis education journey.
Verify all product is tagged in accordance with state & local regulations and is accompanied by all necessary paperwork from the delivery manifests, Support the Inventory Manager with reconciliation of physical inventory within State tracking system and POS systems to ensure all information is accurately reporting to the state and no malfunctions of the Point of Sale (POS) system and scales are occurring, Review online orders to ensure accuracy before pick-up, Support cannabis advisors with any product or POS System questions, Build lasting relationships with regular customers to promote regular store visits, Accurately handle cash transactions, including bank drops and daily payouts as needed, Provide customers with information on types, methods, and efficacy of various cannabis products (we do not provide medical advice), Continue on-going cannabis education and training, Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation/store front, Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up, Understand and apply detailed compliance regulations as required by local and state laws.
Process transactions at the POS and ensure the state monitored inventory system accurately updates the amount of product available, Other duties as assigned.
