*Position Details:*
* *Schedule*: 3-5 days a week (flexible)
* *Role*: Dental Office Receptionist

*Responsibilities:*
* *Patient Greetings*: Be the first smiling face our patients and families see as they enter our office.
Create a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease.
* *Appointment Scheduling*: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, coordinating with patients and their families to find convenient times while optimizing the dentist's schedule.
* *Insurance Coordination*: Collaborate with insurance companies to verify coverage, submit claims, and handle billing inquiries.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance-related matters.
* *Administrative Support*: Assist with general administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, managing office supplies, and organizing files.
Your attention to detail will be vital in ensuring smooth operations.
