We are in search of a Nail Technician at $8.
32 per hour plus tips and commission to join our Grand team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

About the role
Provide guests with high quality customer service standards and expectations of nail services.
What will you be doing?
· Analyze guest's nails and physical features to determine and recommend treatment.
Demonstrate and sell retail items.
Schedule guest appointments.
Educate guest on nail and skin needs.
Attend and maintain License requirements and additional training to keep up with trends and techniques.
Help with essential clean up and maintenance of daily Salon atmosphere and work areas.
Maintain guest records.
Follow promotional adds to promote business.
Follow safety and sanitation standards.
Flexibility with schedules to accommodate business needs.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
What do you bring to the role?
· Must hold a State of Wisconsin Manicurist or Cosmetology License.
Must be familiar with all techniques of manicure and pedicure services.
Knowledge of principles and processes of customer and personal services.
Must be familiar with customer needs assessments.
Must meet quality standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of nail properties, functions, disorders, and basic maintenance, including danger signs of infections, sanitation/disposal methods, and product techniques.
Ability to read, write and speak verbally in English.
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, and climb for more than half of the normal work day.
Must work well both with others and independently and be a team player.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel and general public.
Must work well under pressure.
Previous experience as a nail technician required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
