*This position is responsible for:*
* Completing basic preventative maintenance on industrial equipment, such as filling coolant and oil, following set schedule
* Maintain all maintenance logs accurately and effectively
* Daily cleaning and janitorial duties for the shop and office
* Routine facilities maintenance including changing of air filters, light bulbs, and other light building repair.
* Ensuring appropriate inventory of maintenance supplies (including coolant, lubricants, and cleaning fluids) are on hand at all times.
* Other functions related to cleaning and custodial work, machine maintenance, building upkeep and maintenance as directed by the Operations Manager
*The ideal fit for this role will come with:*
* 1 – 5 years’ experience in a facilities maintenance or related position
* 1+ years’ experience and proven ability to operate a forklift
* Experience in operating a scissor lift in an industrial environment
* Ability to follow set maintenance schedules and adhere to instructions closely
* Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot routine maintenance issues
* A positive and cooperative attitude with willingness to help in a variety of areas and tasks
* A commitment to following safety guidelines and working in a safe manner
* Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
along with routine bending, twisting, pushing and pulling
