Burlington Health and Rehab is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing nursing team in Burlington, WI.
As a RN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents: administrating IVs and medication and monitoring the resident's vitals.
Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants.
Plus, we're offering a $10,000.
00 Sign-On Bonus for FT and $5000.

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time with rotation weekends.
Shift: Day and Evening as well as Per Diem
Pay: $35.
00 - 40.
00 per hour DOE + $2.

Requirements:
Active WI Registered Nurse (RN) license
Great customer service skills
Passion to work with the aging population
Great communications skills
Able to work rotating weekends
