As a seasoned team, we serve children up to older adults through individual, couples, group and family therapy.
We work *remotely* *and/or in-person* using a HIPAA-secure platform and accessible EHR.

Therefore, our *W-2 employees* enjoy full benefits such as your choice of BCBS health insurance and *base salary PLUS commission*, but with the autonomy and flexibility to set their own schedules.
We are also open to a *1099 *arrangement if that better suits your needs.
* Experience working with couples is a plus
Responsibilities include:
* Perform clinical counseling services to clients of Oak Point Counseling
* Scheduling according to your availability - some in-person and weekday evening or Saturdays required, this is a full time position
* Coordinate with client’s treatment team as needed (doctor, school counselor, etc.
)
* Complete client records such as intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, etc.
in a timely manner
* Attend regularly scheduled monthly staff meetings for case consultation
* Follow practice policies, procedures, and licensure code of ethics
