*Responsibilities*
* Perform comprehensive evaluation of patients presenting with sleep disorders, diagnose, treat, and manage patients with sleep disorders.
* Interpret polysomnograms, multiple sleep latency tests, and home sleep studies.
* Collaborate with referring physicians and nurse practitioners to coordinate care of patients.
* Physicians are expected to supervise sleep nurse practitioners and physician trainees.
* Participates in Quality Improvement and Peer Review Programs.
* Comply with all policies and procedures of ALL TIME MEDICAL CENTER.
* Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals and/or groups both within the organization or while representing the organization.
* Actively participates with leadership in the overall success of FusionSleep.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Requirements*
* Medical Degree
* Board-certified Sleep Physician Specialist
* Active medical license in Illinois or eligible to obtain
* United States Residency and Fellowship training
* Scoring Experience required
