*Schedule Details:*
* Part-time, benefit eligible!
* 2 x 12 hour shifts a week (7:00am – 7:30pm)
* Call is every 6th weekday & 6th weekend.
* Sign on Bonus of $6,000 (3 years+ of experience) or $4,000 (0-3 years of experience).
*Education & Certification Required:*
* Completion of an accredited or approved program in Surgical Technology.
* High School Diploma
* Basic Life Support (BLS)

*Some of the job duties of a Surgical Technician include:*
* Performs a variety of preparatory, scrubbing and related services necessary to provide patient service in the operating room.
* Assists with all types of procedures and maintains basic knowledge of a variety of procedures.
* Assists with gowning and gloving
* Maintain a sterile field, instruments, suture and related materials
* Anticipate the Surgeons' needs
* Precepts Surgical Technologists I.
Anticipates the Technologists I ability to handle a situation and intervenes when appropriate
