RN Manager

*Summary* This position works under the direction of the Director of Clinical Operations.
This is a dual role position responsible for the day-to-day operations of the 8-bed residential Hospice House and the CNAs.
The Hospice House and CNA Manager works collaboratively with the CNA scheduler as well as other departments and Clinical Managers within the organization and is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment.
*Position Requirements* - Prior experience managing people and three to five years of nursing experience preferably in a hospice and/or palliative care environment.
- Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin, BSN preferred.
- CPR Certification - Demonstrated dedication to continuous growth through active participation in professional organizations and hospice certification.
