*Pine Brook Pointe in Burlington WI, is looking for Competent and Compassionate Caregivers / CNAs to care for our Residents.
It is a very rewarding position as our residents are so Thankful for high quality assistance.
The ideal candidate will be Patient, Friendly and Dependable, with excellent Communication skills.

*1st shift (6:30 am - 3 pm),*
*2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11 pm)*
*& 3rd shift (10:30 pm - 7 am)*
*Starting rate is $15-$17 / hour based on experience.
Bonuses given for picking up non scheduled shifts to help when needed -- $1 shift differential for second shift and $2 shift differential for 3rd shift.

*Pine Brook Pointe is an Assisted Living Facility for our senior population.
We also have a Memory Care Unit (separated).
The level of care provided for our residents varies.
We have some residents that are completely independent and others that need almost full assistance.
It's a joy to Care for all of our Residents.

*We do provide training and support.
After training, the other aides are great resources for help and management is always on call to assist you.

*Responsibilities:*
* *Assisting residents with the basic tasks of living*
* *Providing personal cares such as assisting to the restroom and showering assistance.
*
* *Serving food during meals*
* *Passing medications (once trained)*
* *Assisting residents with transfers.
ex: one assist with a gait belt, two assist with a gait belt, pivot discs, mechanical lifts.
*
* *Communicating with the nurse about new changes of condition*
* *Basic caregiving duties.
*
* *Caring for people with a variety of illnesses, including: Parkinson's, Dementia, COPD, etc.
*
* *As needed perineal care and catheter care.
*
*We Provide:*
* *Education: We will send you to get your CBRF certifications (provided you stay with us for one year, you won't have to pay for these classes), we provide monthly in-services to help further education in this field.
In services may include: dementia care, resident rights, etc.

* *Training: We provide on the job training, and ensure you have all the knowledge and resources before having you work on your own.
Once you are working "on your own" you won't ever actually be alone.
There is always 4+ caregivers in the building, and we all work as a team to make sure our residents are getting the best care possible.
