Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Customer-Facing Duties * Serve as the primary consumer-facing contact for the brand(s) * Proactively and programmatically follow up with each sale to ensure customer satisfaction * Triage customer problems and complaints * Respond to emails, texts, missed chats, and phone calls on demand, suggesting an “always available” mentality to customers * Assist with social media direct messages as needed * Solicit reviews, photos, and social media interaction * Encourage warranty submissions, especially from Amazon and other 3rd party sellers * Manage the Zoho case module and manage customer service KPI numbers to ensure position improvement Internal Process-Focused Duties * Diligently utilize Zoho to ensure that all customer communications are documented in the CRM * Generate cases for individual customer problems, returns, repairs, etc.
* Serve as the facilitator between order processing and shipping for cases that require product and/or parts replacement * Cross-train and demonstrate an understanding and ability to step in when the Shipping Coordinator or Inventory Specialist is out or out of capacity * Manage and analyze customer satisfaction reports Online Store-Specific Duties * Send a series of 3 emails to each buyer to (1) encourage them to register for the warranty, (2) ensure they’re pleased and (3) solicit reviews & photos * Track returns and analyze the cost of those returns * Document and summarize customer complaints * Track competitive pricing * Track competitive reviews Requirements: * Entrepreneurial in spirit * Problem solver * Fearless in their ability to reach out to customers * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Attention to detail and organized * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Impeccable follow-up skills * Customer-oriented and able to adapt/respond to different situations * Google Workspace knowledge (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.
