Dispatcher/Customer Service

Our company is looking to hire a full time Dispatcher into our fast growing HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Company in Libertyville.
*Job Description:* * Answer phone calls, schedule calls, dispatch call to technicians.
* Ability to multi-task and handle busy phones with multiple incoming calls at once.
* Excellent phone skills needed to communicate route info to technicians in professional manner.
* File customer information as needed.
* Provide administrative support to office team * Ability to prioritize and multitask when necessary.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills *Qualifications:* * Must be computer literate.
* Able to work independently as well as with a team * Intermediate in Microsoft word and Excel.
* Must have reliable transportation to work.
*Hours*: Mon Thru Fri 7 - 2 Every other Sat 7:00am - 12pm Overtime opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
00 - $25.
