Position Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service through phone and email billing communications in a call center environment.
Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
Develop and use problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve account issues while meeting department goals.
Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
Great customer service, communication and multi-tasking skills.
Work up to 30 hours per week.
This can be flexible around course schedule.
Collections or Customer Service call center experience preferred.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
