HR/Payroll Specialist

Truity Partners is supporting a prominent manufacturer in Racine, WI with their search for an HR/Payroll Specialist.
This is an interim position, estimated to last 2-3 months in duration.
The position will be 100% onsite at their facility, with a full time 40-hour per week schedule.
Compensation is estimated at $24.
00 - $26.
00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES * Processing weekly and biweekly payroll * Entering information for new hires * Payroll audits, investigating discrepancies * Supporting benefits administration – FMLA, short-term disability * HR projects as assigned EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * 2+ years of prior HR experience required * Prior experience processing payroll required * Experience in manufacturing organization preferred * ADP experience preferred * Associates degree preferred Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $24.
