Strong Quickbooks Desktop for Windows experience required! Duties to include daily Timesheet collection and entry for accurate payroll, weekly billing review for maintenance and construction clients, preparation of client invoices and monthly statements, able to assist in preparing tags and production packages for field implementation, accurate and timely maintenance and organization of records and files, ability to maintain good client relationships and present positive customer service.
Must be proficient in Quickbooks Desktop for Windows (preferably the Contractors edition), Outlook Email, Microsoft Word, Excel.
Must have strong self motivating skills, strong attention to detail, strong proofreading and communication skills, strong customer service attitude, and excellent organizational skills.
Ideal candidates will possess the following characteristics: Construction industry knowledge and experience a plus, able to work proactively in a fast-paced, small office environment, self motivated and able to work independently, with a positive attitude, willing to work occasional overtime to complete projects and meet deadlines.
Full time hourly - 40 hours weekly - Monday thru Friday Job Type: Full-time Pay: $43,000.
00 - $48,000.
