Description
Position Duties include but not limited to:
Work independently with little supervision and be resourceful in finding solutions to issues as they arise in order to meet deadlines.
Thrive in a fast paced, changing environment with strong attention to detail for data entry, research and problem-solving skills.
Ensure accuracy of driver paperwork against system records prior to billing customers.
Be adaptable to changes in the workflow process and prioritize multiple tasks at once.
Collaborate with customers, carriers, and multiple departments within the company including accounts payable, dispatch, and sales to resolve customer service inquiries and special billing situations.
Be a team-player and demonstrate willingness to perform tasks not directly associated with role, including backing-up coworkers, clerical tasks, and other duties as assigned.
Be excited to learn and grow with the company.
Ability to work stated shift.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:
High School Diploma
1 year accounting experience or degree required.
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (must be available to work overtime and weekends)
