Effective problem solver with troubleshooting capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to drive creative solutions and consider new analytical dependencies.
Critical thinking skills, with ability to summarize, categorize, and interpret key take a ways from large data sets.
Financial reporting
• Understand the business, determine the type(s) of reports needed, work with contacts to have report automated, understand what the results are telling you, be able to articulate the results clearly through written & verbal communication.
System savvy (ability to learn new systems quickly on his/her own)
• Tagetik, PowerBI, and Great Plains experience is a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modeling skills (pivot tables, embedded IF statements, vlookup, hlookup, index/match, sumifs, countifs, etc.
) – THIS IS A MUST! o SOFT SKILLS
Self-motivated, works independently and manages to deadlines.
Comfort with some ambiguity
• Guidance will be provided, but this is a new area, which means that this individual will need to understand that not every step will be defined for them.
Flexibility/adaptability
• Need to understand the different types of detail needed for different audiences and be able to flex appropriately.
