Bookkeeper

We are looking for a bookkeeper who is reliable, self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-pace environment.
This individual must be capable of multi-tasking with strong attention to detail.
Position Requirements: 3 years Bookkeeping experience.
Must have proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word / Excel and Quick Books experience.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): · Coordinate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with efficiency using Quick Books · Maintain daily entry of business transactions · Ability to multi-task effectively · Ensure organization, security, integrity and confidentiality of data Pay based on level of skill and experience Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.
