Accounting Specialist

Position: Accounting Specialist Description: Dynacoil, Inc.
is a custom stainless steel manufacturing company providing products and services to pharmaceutical, medical and industrial customers.
We are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist with experience in all aspects of general accounting and office administration.

Responsibilities: * Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Month End Closing.
* Collaborate internally with project managers and externally with customers.
* Perform projects as they arise.
Qualifications: * 5 years office/accounting related experience.
* Proficiency with Quick Books or other accounting related software.
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skill level.
* M1 ERP experience.
* Organized and detailed oriented.
* Capable of working under time constraints.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday 8:00 a.
